Reports:

Treasurer’s Report (Marty) - passed out the most updated financials, we are starting to make up on concessions as year goes on. Wish list is down because we made this year’s payment last year. We are going to start the new cash box procedure. Team varsity rep will be responsible for box. If not a team specific event then get box from Marty or Jamie. There will be a form for reconciling. Please get it to Marty after event. Leave same $$ amount in box. An email will go out with specifics in the next few weeks. We are trying to have better comparing information and more frequent deposits. Spreadsheet needs to be reconciled.

Membership Report (Anna): have 10 new members, from last year we are $100 more than last year.

Discussion - there is a check mark on membership form for people to volunteer - we need to utilize the volunteer pool concessions, spartanwear etc.

Spartanwear (Joy/Betsy): no report

Concessions Report (Jamie): I go in every week and do inventory but if you need anything please let me know. Also please remember to restock near end of your shift. The new popcorn maker ordered. Discussion - there is a check mark on membership form for people to volunteer

Yard Signs Report (Brian): quiet - 2 orders pending. Dec 15th was 50 degrees painted 30 signs so all were delivered before Christmas 330 stakes, 160 signs new orders for spring come in March. Most of orders now are coming from the website, not mail. It’s a little tougher; web orders are a bit more difficult for people need to confirm their orders at times.

Secretary’s Report (Lauri): Please sign the attendance sheet before you leave you, only need to add your email if this is your first meeting this school year. Thank you to those who emailed in your reports. It is very helpful. There are blank ones available for anyone who still needs one. Please hand in your report before you leave. Minutes from the December meeting are also available and will be posted on our website after today's meeting.

Booster Bash (Michelle) - met before break, all good. Working on a gift for Pryma. Eliminating booster buckets and focusing on heads and tails. A bit confusing last year. Cutting off receipt of items 2-3 weeks before event to help organizing auction. All previous donors have been contacted, sent an email from GBN for donations with the save the date. Explained the Booster Bash to new reps present. We have secured a

big screen at pinstripes, so all will be up on power point. bars are being moved. bidding numbers on wristband. Would like to send an email to all fall and winter parent reps to send to their parents asking for donations. All agreed that it’s a good idea.
