Treasurer’s Report: Marty

Cash Position is good. Spartanwear continues to be in a good position as well. Deposits from winter sports teams are coming in, so nothing to report as of yet. Also getting some donations from some of the winter sports teams.

Membership Report: Anna & Ron

No changes in membership since the fall sports.

Spartanwear: Tiffany

Doing well, just finished ordering for book sale, will be selling during basketball.

Yard Signs: Brian

Yard sales are on track to do better than last year. I only have a few orders left to pick up thus far.

Concessions: Jaime (Russell)

Lost the freezer in the indoor concession stand due to the cord being inadvertently unplugged. Obviously lost some food but not catastrophic. New freezer put in place. Matt changed the outlet box to prevent this happening again. Having difficulty with sophomore basketball and their unwillingness to volunteer for concession stand. New Rep put in place, perhaps Matt or John can ask Coach Miller to provide some names. We have new sandwich boards to be placed in the hallway before each basketball game. Thanks to Matt for getting that for us.

Booster Bash: March 5th.

We need someone to host the committee and act as a chair.

Robin mentioned it would be helpful if we asked each team rep to coordinate a basket/items from their team for the silent auction. Russell will contact them.
