Reports:

Treasurer’s Report (Marty) please remember to turn in donation. Thanks to Jamie for getting concession money in faster. Waiting on MLK $, some timing differences from last year. Some money has been put out for bash earlier. Concessions catching up. Basketball doing well.

Membership Report (Anna) thank you to Betsy, Robin and Russell for helping get paper registrations into the system. No change from last month. Next year should be easier because people can log on and join. Will be in the system.

Spartanwear (Joy): Thank you Robin for the website- people are placing orders.

We are trying to figure out if more economical to run transactions through website/laptop vs. square. Freshman activity night is Feb. 19th and will be selling. Report to CPA 6:00 will be set up. The night was not well attended last year.

Concessions Report (Jamie): all good, MLK was a good learning experience and successful. Ran smoothly. We will do again next year, we sold a lot. Actually ran out of pizza. It is a good service. However, we need a lot of volunteers- feeder parents are supposed to work but run short. Thank you to all of you who stepped up and came in. We need to discuss priorities with Scott Lidskin. We are not going to supply ticket takers at the door (we did this year, however we were short on volunteers and had to use 2 varsity players to sit at ticket sales towards the end of Sunday). Scott needs to man the tables since he takes all the $$ from ticket sales. Also recommendation for next year is for him to have a site supervisor. Booster will only do concessions.

Yard Signs Report (Brian): all good.

Secretary’s Report (Lauri): Please sign the attendance sheet before you leave you, only need to add your email if this is your first meeting this school year. Thank you to those who emailed in your reports. It is very helpful. There are blank ones available for anyone who still needs one. Please hand in your report before you leave. Minutes from the January meeting are also available and will be posted on our website after today's meeting.
